Iran and Israel Exchange Heavy Attacks Amid Rising Tensions After US Strikes

Tensions in the Middle East have escalated dramatically as Iran launched missile strikes into Israel, triggering huge explosions in multiple Israeli cities. The attacks come just a day after the United States targeted three key Iranian nuclear facilities, sparking a fierce exchange of air raids between the two countries.

Explosions were reported in Tehran, Iran’s capital, as Israeli forces announced strikes on government and military sites across the country. In response, Iran fired waves of missiles and deployed drones targeting Israeli cities, intensifying the conflict and raising fears of a broader regional war.

Amid the escalating violence, former U.S. President Donald Trump suggested the possibility of a regime change in Iran, stating: “If the current Iranian regime is unable to make Iran great again, why wouldn’t there be a regime change?”

Casualty reports from the ongoing conflict are devastating. Iranian officials say over 400 people have been killed, including 13 children, with more than 3,000 wounded since Israel’s initial strike on June 13. Israel has reported at least 24 fatalities resulting from the Iranian missile attacks.

As the international community watches anxiously, the situation remains volatile, with calls for restraint growing louder amid fears of further escalation.
