More than 200 people have been killed in Israeli-U.S. airstrikes across Iran, according to figures reported by Iranian state television.

The Iranian Red Crescent said at least 201 people were killed and 747 injured in the ongoing wave of strikes. A spokesperson, speaking on state TV, said the attacks have affected 24 of Iran’s 31 provinces, highlighting the nationwide scale of the operation.

Relief operations are currently underway, with the Red Crescent deploying 220 emergency response teams to various locations impacted by the airstrikes. The teams are working to assist the injured, recover victims, and assess damage in affected areas.

The updated casualty figures mark a significant escalation in the conflict following joint Israeli and U.S. military operations targeting Iranian sites. The full extent of the damage and additional casualties remains unclear as rescue efforts continue.

The developments come amid growing regional tensions and continued military exchanges between Iran, Israel, and the United States.
